At rom&nd, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging and securely seal the box; please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept products with unbroken safety seals.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
